So a woman at work tonight asked me if I was interested in catering a party on December 21. A friend of hers asked her, and she's just too busy, but she told her friend about me. Apparently the people want some tasty bread, and some different side dishes, plus a ham with a cherry glaze of some sort.
Kind of fun to think about, and I know I could certainly churn out some winners. I'm far too busy this time of year myself to think about it though. Besides, it makes me nervous thinking of making food for someone else's party. It's high enough stress for me to do my own!
But I haven't said no just yet...
Could be kinda fun.
