...and I just put the cookies away that I baked earlier tonight.
I decided to snack on one.
That one turned into two.
It's a damn good cookie, if you ask me.
Man, they're tasty.
I think it could be a contender.
I've got two batches to make tomorrow, one where I change the temperature to 325ยบ and another where I use the old brand of flour. I changed flours to King Arthur today, and it acted a bit differently. Trust me: it makes a difference. I think I'm heading back to Gold Flour.
I'm a cookie nerd.
