Crack Attack

I have my answer now.

I think that cracks must be pretty standard, so there's not so much to worry about. I need to make a couple more tried and true bundt cake recipes though to confirm this. Tomorrow might be a two cake day again, since I think I'll be making a lemon buttermilk cake from the Culinary Institute of America, plus another St. Patrick's Day cake, with added leavening. If the CIA's recipe cracks, then I'm not worrying about this anymore.

Off to bed, since I'm pooped.
