Before and Midway
One of my communities online is the Forestry Forum, a fun place to hang out and think about anything else but music and anything else. There are a bunch of us who've been urging each other along in shedding the pounds, and we have a weekly weigh in. It's actually been very helpful to me. Well, they've been asking for some before and after pics from those of us who've shed some pounds, and so I finally obliged them today. I figured I'd add them here as well.
