Chocolate Abundance

This came today in the mail and will soon be transformed into about 600 individual chocolates for my parents' wedding anniversary. The polycarbonate molds are coming in the mail tomorrow and I'll start working with chocolate in earnest next week.

I don't know if the CD really gives perspective like I hoped it would. The one clear plastic bag is mammoth! It's pretty amazing and pretty darn fun to get 30 lbs. of chocolate delivered to your doorstep.
