Another loaf
Here's my latest endeavor, and I think my best looking loaf so far.
It uses a sourdough starter I began with unpasteurized apple cider. Definitely a different flavor than the Oberon Bread, which I find quite fascinating. I hope to keep exploring with different yeasts, perhaps something next from a Belgian beer.
