My Third Entry

I hope this looks like a winner. I decided to enter a third cake, using a recipe I first came up with back around Christmas, 2006. It's a raspberry cake with some orange zest in it, where the raspberries are pureed with some Chambord liqueur. The more I thought about it, the more I thought it fit a Valentine's Day theme more than Christmas, so here's my third entry. Nice thing is that the recipe's pretty much in the bag. The pureed raspberries are new this time around. I used to use sparkling raspberry juice, but I think the added raspberries will be better. So probably only two test cakes on this account.
