I just received an email from Nordicware, announcing their new bundt cake competition. It's similar in scope to last year, the only difference being that any and all holidays are open and fair game.
I'm going to get in the fray again, and this time around, I'll actually reenter my recipes again, but through snail mail. I've thought about them a bit, and I think I'll modify them a little too. But I think I'll experiment with some other holidays as well. I learned a lot last year about making these cakes work, and so coming up with a few more original recipes shouldn't be too hard. I'm thinking a lemon pound cake swirled with blueberry batter for a Mother's Day cake would be tasty.
