So I ironed a shirt today, put it on, and thought to myself that it looked a bit big on me. I had one of those thoughts that crossed my mind, but I just told myself it wasn't possible. But in the interest of science, I figured I'd try it out, just to see.
I went deep into my closet, pulled out a shirt from about three or four years ago that I've been holding on to for the time when I actually could wear a large shirt again.
I tried it on, and I'm wearing it today.
That's really unbelievable to me.
Here's the thing: I haven't really been losing much weight at all since February, but my body's losing inches. I'm wearing pants and clothes that fit when I weighed 20 lbs. less than I do now. That tells me that Pilates is doing the trick!
Torey: you're awesome, and I can't thank you enough, sister!
