4:00, still wide awake.
Blech!
5:00 brought with it sleep, but what I can only assume resulted in a coma like state. I turned off the alarm in my sleep, only to awaken 20 minutes before I needed to be at a rehearsal an hour away.
Not a good start for the day, but it's always nice to sleep in, right?
